Kylemore House offers a quality service including:  

• Fully equipped modern rehabilitation unit with in house professional care team.
• Full support during respite or convalescent care
• Completely integrated programme to cater for the individual and group 
• Full support for those who wish to continue to live in the community
  

Rehabilitation care team comprises:

• Director of Nursing
• Full time Physiotherapist
• Diversional therapist

Members of the Care Team work on a one-to–one basis providing up to three sessions per week. Those attending the rehabilitation unit are initially assessed by the care team and a care programme is drawn up to suit each individual’s needs. This is reviewed monthly in consultation with the patients hospital consultant or General Practitioner.



The rehabilitation unit caters for those with varying degrees of functionality such as:

• Stroke Patients
• Cardivascular patients
• Post –Operative Patients
